I recently finished reading Never Split the Difference: Negotiating As If Your Life Depended On It by Chris Voss.📚
The book reads quite easy, and each chapter begins with an example of a real live negotiation situation from the authors past. I like the examples better than the explanation parts following after. But both are needed, and the explanation help understand how you should handle yours.
