I would not call myself a font nerd. But wow is this font nice!

Help, I will be eaten!
An interesting post.
It’s really easy to fail the Bechdel Test
But if you’re writing a story you should probably take a look in the mirror, then check the cast to see who’s missing.
Puh, I’m nearly done with my Taxes for last year. Not sure why I always wait till the last possible day with it. In the end it is only 1 hour of my time to do.
I love receiving postcards. Do you love it as well? If yes, send me your address (to comment@vmac.ch), and I will send you one from my next holiday :-)
(An experiment, I’m curious who is blogging in German on Micro.blog. I curious weather I follow everybody.)
One financial lesson they should teach in school is that most of the things we buy have to be paid for twice. There’s the first price, usually paid in dollars, just to gain possession of the desired thing, whatever it […]

The cat is in the bag :-D 🐈
Selfie with Spacy. 🐈
Evolution is a string of “happy little accidents.”
Yesterday I sat outside on a bench and was writing on paper. In the distance under the tree is a wedding ceremony.
Dinner today.
Height 📝
A slight wind blows through my wet hair as I stand atop the springboard tower. I walk to the precipice with a jitter in my legs.
A podcast for the storytellers around us. Learned much from the few episode I’ve listened to so far.
Cake delivery to school done. We have just after 8 o clock in the morning here and it is already 20 degrees outside. And so humid due to the rain in the night.
My wife needs new glasses. So we were at the optometrist today where my mother works.
It was strange seeing my mother at work interacting with customers. I’m not used to seeing her in this role. And it is an entirely different side of here about which I don’t know much.
Fancy glasses!
Stuck 📝
The cat was on the roof when I heard it meowing. After hearing it for two days, I needed to investigate.
It is way to hot today :-( My brain is melting.
Birthday card my wife made for me! So cool!
Searching appliances for our new kitchen. My taste is just too expensive. I need to start downgrading the the lower line of the devices :-(.
If anybody has recommendations for devices I’m open for suggestions. Need oven, dishwasher and fridge. Was looking at the Samsung line right now, but not entirely happy.
Betrayed 📝
They lay on the couch all day. Every movement hurts. Once again, feeling betrayed by their body.
Litteral Stickfigure
Apps without names on the Some Screen
@ndreas asked if it is possible to add icons to the Home Screen without a name. This is a workaround to do it via an Shortcut.
Swimming 📝
I walk to the head of the pool. Step up on the starting block. “Beep,” the watch answers and starts a three-second countdown.
Going to space 📝
After years of training, I’m finally at my goal. Today I go to space! “Welcome, sir; the elevator will be ready shortly,” the handler tells me.
Letters Project with Jarrod: The first letter and its response
In the post Seeking Letters Project Correspondents! Jarrod searched for correspondents for his “letters” writing project. A project which I find quite interesting, so I asked to take part in it.
The result of my cleanup project form yesterday. Used some old materials with were taking up space in my shop. And improved one of the chaotic corners in our flat.
We have a sinkhole in our street (it is around 20cm in diameter, and around 50cm deep).
Unexpected Rainbow.
Summer
I’ve cleaned up my shop yesterday – it was desperately needed. I still need to change the organisation a bit, but at least it is less dusty now.
Is it still a morning page when you finish it at 14:00 clock? I was writing on it all morning next to doing my household chores OO.
Yesterday I was at the new library in our city. The new building looks so much better than the old one. I’m not yet sure it is a good thing that it does no longer smell like old books in there thought.
After nine years and six months, I had my last day at work today. Now it is time to relax a bit until I start at the new place.
One of my last days working in this office. Eating some Strawberries 🍓.
Ok, there is one place I would love to wear VisonPro: On a plane. And then exchange the outside with a magic carpet ;-)
How will a world look where everyone will walk with VisonPros on their heads outside? When the product takes off, we will see vision heads. Will I ever be one? I’m conflicted. On one side, it would solve my screen size issues.
I would not have expected that Apple will ever release a computer you can directly mount on a rack oO.
Feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the pre-WWDC podcast episodes and blog posts I still need to read.
The book is planted. I wonder whether it ever will come back.
On my way to the office. No home office this week for me.
But only three days left.
The next bookbinding experiment in the book press I’ve built this week.
Cleaning up my note inbox, and I’m still not done. So many notes in there. But I also found some nice gems again.
A stone turtle I found on a walk recently.
Why do I have a note system while others do not?
The following quote from Anna Havron made me think about why I’m not falling into this category – the category without this issue.📝
I just finished reading From word document to book by Jas Hothi.📚
I just started reading The indie author by Jasraj Singh Hothi.📚

I think my Ajah would be either brown or white. But I tend more towards the brown.
Which would be yours?

@V_ I understand German, can read it (slowly), watch movies and understand conversations without issues… but can’t write it… and not really speak it that well anymore…( lack of practice).
by vincent on
@V_ doesn’t really answer your question though 😅
by vincent on
@vincent don't worry. I've learn something new. I somehow was under the impression that you speak German natively, not sure where I got that from.

by ovr on
by V_ on
by ovr on
by V_ on
