I will so copy this! Such a good idea.

At the top of my daily note, there are five little checkboxes. Shop. Bonsai. Exercise. Reading. Meditation. They aren’t on the calendar. They have no time blocks assigned.
For a while, I thought of them as “non-negotiables”.
The shift happened gradually. I started thinking of them less as obligations and more as escape valves. When I finish a hard chunk of writing, or a run of support emails, or a meeting that took more out of me than it should have, I look at the boxes. I pick one. I go.
Shop time means out in my garage-turned-maker space, planing a board or cutting a joint.

The Escape-Valve System.

Rewatching the TOMB QUEST Finale Livestream! not sure what is different this time around, it is the first time I got so far into a live stream (around 2h of a 4h stream). And it is genuinely interesting to listen to it. Looking forward to the show :-).

A person with light hair is standing and playing a keyboard in a dimly lit room. They are wearing a colorful sweater over a striped shirt, with their hair in a bun. The timecode “10:07:41:01” is visible in the upper left corner.

Almost Regular Slime Tutorial.

I love this show, but I’m not sure I should have watched it yesterday evening while being home alone. It was triggering. I don’t recommend it if you have issues are triggered by mental health topics. But oh is this show done well. I suspect I need to watch it a second time at some point.

I find the concept of the backrooms fascinating. And I just realized that I always hoped of finding a door into them. And was always planning on a ding them to the MMORPGs I create oO.

I’m in another relistening of the wheel of time. And I just noticed again how I like the White Tower arc of Egwene.

Spent some time in Limehouse Basin. Glad I went out here. It is so beautiful. Now I need something to eat.

I loved the show yesterday. And also the time waiting in line and getting to talk to the others (I was as awkward as always but at least I managed to make contact this time)

Oh I need to stop taking bus connection which are so tight. Needed to run to be on time for my appointment again.

A dense pattern of abstract shapes resembling green camouflage. The pattern consists of irregular, interconnected dark green and lighter green blotches, creating a textured and complex design.

Was cleaning up some unsaved open windows on my computer and found this drawing of mine. I’m not longer sure if I did it by hand or if it was from one of my forest generator tools I was working on. I think it is done by hand it looks to regular. But I like it. Reminds me a bit of an old RST graphics.
