Review of The Girl Locked With Gold (The Chronicles of Maggie Trent Book 2)

I just finished reading The Girl Locked With Gold (The Chronicles of Maggie Trent Book 2) by Megan O’Russell.📚

Maggie has arrived in paradise. She lives next to the endless sea and finds friends and makes a livelihood without using her magic reserves. But the next adventure is calling. Together with Bertrand, she visits a world where magicians are slaves, and technology uses magic as fuel.

They are soon involved in bringing freedom to the magicians, but Maggie needs to learn a hard lection and is not happy with the outcome.

I like this story quite well. It is an easy read in a known world that still allows the author to introduce some new variables for adventure.
