Review of Fugitive Telemetry (The Murderbot Diaries Book 6)

I finished reading Fugitive Telemetry (The Murderbot Diaries Book 6) by Martha Wells.📚

A dead human is found on Preservation Station. And everybody thinks that Murderbot did it. Follow it in his quest to help station security find the real culprit.

Opinion

Please note that from here on out, the text can contain spoilers of the book.

I liked this book very much, and it is a standalone book that can also be read without the knowledge of the other books. Unfortunately, this also means it repeats a lot of the story to get everybody on speed with what happened before.

Murderbot is still the same old grumpy robot. Fighting against his insecurities, but I think it is finally starting to like some people and admit this to itself.

The book is comparable to the first issue in the Murderbot series. We have a single problem and location where a crime needs to be solved. But I still enjoyed reading it very much.
