Betrayed 📝

They lay on the couch all day. Every movement hurts. Once again, feeling betrayed by their body.

A book is on the table, but reading takes too much energy. So the time is spent on videos.

No useful video left to watch for them. The algorithm starts to show weird videos.

With nothing better to do, they start watching them.

To distract the mind as, without distractions, it would create unbearable thoughts.

Another lost day lines up in a string of others. Betrayed by mind and body once again.
