Working from a coffee shop feels strange somehow. How many teas do I need to order per hour so I can sit here without a bad conscience?

@V_ the coffee shop I frequent doesn’t seem to have limits.

@V_ It varies depending on your conscious. Some people order one for the whole day, others, one an hour. I think there could be a good chart in that.

Steamed Chiogga beets, golden beets, and carrots, with a pesto of fresh basil, a green cayenne, a head of green garlic, olive oil and a little preserved lemon. The confluence of garden + CSA produce is weird enough that I may never make this again, but it was mighty good.
