I’m shocked it looks like I start to like pickled vegetables. I’ve tried pickling some cucumber yesterday by following the instructions in here basically just put the cucumber in some rice vinegar with sugar. It was more sweet than vinegary.

I ate the trunk of broccoli for the first time. That was a revelation. No more broccoli will be wasted now.
