I just tried my first workout on Fittness+, wow that is amazing. I’m on a free trial right now and would never have thought that I would pay for it. But right now it looks totally different.

Creative Chaos

Just read I’ve stopped managing my email, and it reminded me that I have a lot of strange habits around computers. I never seem to find other people doing it the same way. Next to not managing my email, I also love tabs in my browser. And there is seldom a time when I have less than ten tabs open. But this thought goes a lot further; I have creative chaos in my working spaces.

Wow it is Saturday morning and I still have energy. I can’t remember the last time I felt this good on a Saturday morning.

I wonder if that is what it feels like to be healthy?

Looks like there are also struggling banks in my country. I wonder if I should stop my news embargo again I’m feeling a bit out of the loop. On the other hand, reading the news does not provide any value to my day in 99% of the cases. Context: Credit Suisse.

We were visiting friends yesterday evening, and I managed to convince their cat to sit on my lap.

It made my day having a cat sleep on me after so many years. So now it is back to observing cat photos.

I wonder if there is a system or framework out there to quantify mental energy. And how taxing some actions are on your own mental battery. Can such a thing even be quantified?
